Description of the variety

This bitter gourd has good adaptation and branching ability.

The first female comes at the 6 - 8th node of the main stem. Every 3 to 6 nodes, there are female flowers.

This bitter gourd is long cone-shaped. It is about 23 - 30 cm long and the shoulder is about 8 cm wide. The average fruit weight is about 400 - 600 gram.

This bitter gourd is fresh green and glossy. Good adaptation.

Good heat tolerance. Good fruit setting. Mild bitter. High quality. Good for transportation.

Planting Guidelines

It can be grown in Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons. The most suitable season is Summer and Autumn seasons.

Maturity for Spring sowing is 70 - 90 days. Maturity for Summer season sowing is 50 - 70 days.

It can stand well in good fertilized soil and likes the moist soil but too wet soil is not good.

Growing bitter gourd with deep soil with good fertility and good appropriate soil moisture.
